Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
Fees are fully earned upon payment
No partial-period refunds are provided
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support before the next billing cycle.
People That Build uses artificial intelligence, automation, and machine-learning–assisted systems to:
Deliver and personalize educational experiences
Power workflow templates, agents, and internal tools
Improve services, systems, and content
Provide automated assistance and operational guidance
Analyze usage patterns for optimization
By using the Services, you consent to the use of AI and automated systems as part of service delivery.
You acknowledge that People That Build may collect and use:
Account data
Usage patterns
Interaction data
Inputs provided to workflows, tools, or agents
This data may be used to:
Improve internal AI systems and workflows
Enhance personalization and service quality
Develop new features and offerings
All data usage is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for internal business purposes.
We do not sell personal data or train public third-party AI models using identifiable customer data.
AI-generated outputs:
Are provided “as-is”
May contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
Require human review and judgment before use
People That Build is not responsible for decisions, actions, or implementations made based on AI-generated outputs.
Some Services may include access to third-party platforms, tools, or software (e.g., automation platforms, AI tools, CRM systems), which may be provisioned as sub-accounts under People That Build’s master accounts.
This structure allows access to tools that may otherwise be cost-prohibitive or complex to configure independently.
If you discontinue participation and request to retain access to third-party platforms:
Transfer eligibility depends on the third-party provider’s policies
We will reasonably cooperate with valid transfer requests where permitted
You must assume all future costs and responsibilities
Transfer timelines and capabilities are controlled by third-party providers
People That Build is not responsible for data loss, limitations, or service interruptions resulting from transfers.
All content, systems, workflows, templates, tools, software, and materials provided by People That Build are the intellectual property of Let’sGoLive, LLC or its licensors.
You may not:
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell content
Create derivative works
Share paid materials outside authorized access
Reverse engineer or exploit AI tools or systems
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
If you participate in People That Build communities, you agree to:
Act respectfully and professionally
Avoid unsolicited pitching or lead harvesting
Respect confidentiality of shared content
Follow posted community guidelines
We reserve the right to remove content or members who violate community standards.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEOPLE THAT BUILD AND LET’S GOLIVE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
